Earth Systems is proud to assist with efforts to provide much needed low-cost housing for seniors in our community. Our role for this project during design was to prepare the project geotechnical engineering report. During construction, we are providing geotechnical observation, materials testing and special inspection. River Walk Terrace is part of the Paso Robles Housing Element plan to provide housing opportunities for people of low-to-moderate income levels. The area where the development will be built was rezoned from commercial to mixed-use as part of the plan. The development will hold seventy one-bedroom units, and nine two-bedroom units.
Construction on the project is estimated to take 15 to 18 months and those who are eligible will be able to apply for residency three months prior to completion.
